- Up to 2000 square feet Body and 500 linear feet Trim, for a one or two story home (ladder up to 24')
- Painting of siding, doors, trim, gutters, fascia. (excludes garage doors, foundations)
- Paint (two colors/one coat, including trim and siding, of Premium Exterior paint), painting supplies and equipment
- Includes Pressure Washing and standard prep work
- We cannot paint homes with lead paint present.
- Deal is valid for two applications of paint, cross-sprayed wet on wet (results in one thick coat)
- Extensive prep work (scraping, etc.) due to excessive damage to the paint job will require additional estimate
- Homes with stucco surfaces may require an additional estimate at discounted rate
- Deal includes paint, but not stain. Stain requires more man hours to apply and more stain for surface area, so will require additional estimate.
- Deal does not include restorations, major repairs, large cracks, structural repairs, etc.
- Offer includes matching the existing color on your home's exterior. If making color change, extra  coats of paint may be necessary and will be provided at discounted rate
- Homes ineligible for deal can still be estimated with the deal applying in part with additional estimate at discounted rate.
